About the Estimation Engineer Role

شركة مرامر للمقاولات is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of proven experience in the field, focusing on tendering and bidding within the contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and restructure Bill of Quantities (BOQs) provided by clients or consultants to identify any gaps, discrepancies, or missing items when compared against architectural specifications and drawings.
• Perform comprehensive tender analysis and technical reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors effectively during the pre-contract phase.
• Conduct detailed costing, value engineering, and risk assessments for various projects.
• Assist the Tender Director in finalizing tender submission files, securing necessary bid bonds, and coordinating post-tender clarifications and negotiations up to the contract award stage.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of proven experience working with contractors in tendering and bidding environments.
• Experience in building, commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or infrastructure-related projects is preferred.

Technical Proficiencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) for the accurate extraction of quantities directly from CAD layouts and 3D Revit models.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and estimation tasks.
