About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Lounge Supervisor for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Executive Lounge to ensure a high standard of guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily execution of Executive Lounge service standards to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain brand and quality standards to meet the expectations of executive and VIP guests.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest supplies are consistently stocked and lounge areas adhere to cleanliness and service standards.
• Guide and develop team members, ensuring their knowledge of hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions, and promoting professional hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who demonstrate a commitment to hospitality and integrity in their actions.
