Executive Lounge Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Executive Lounge in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring a high standard of hospitality and delivering memorable experiences for guests, particularly executive and VIP guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily execution of Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold brand and quality standards to meet the expectations of executive and VIP guests.
• Respond to guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest supplies are consistently stocked and lounge areas meet cleanliness and service standards.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring members are knowledgeable about hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions, and consistently provide professional hospitality.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who demonstrate the following core values:
