Executive Sous Chef

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves assisting in the direction and administration of all hotel culinary operations, focusing on delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations, managing the preparation and production of hotel meals.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, cost controls, and overall profitability.
• Partner with the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director to develop and execute menu selections for all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Engage with guests and clients to gather feedback, identify trends, and support the Executive Chef in implementing improvements to the dining experience.
• Assist in managing and refining kitchen systems, processes, and workflows to maintain seamless operations.
• Recruit new talent and foster team growth through regular coaching, training, and recognition opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring high standards of guest and team member well-being.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a similar culinary leadership position. The role requires individuals who demonstrate a passion for hospitality, act with integrity, and exhibit leadership qualities.
