F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Operational Duties

• Integrate transaction processes seamlessly into the guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards for service and presentation.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify information, including managing menus.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: None specified.
