F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional food and beverage service, extending beyond basic meal delivery to encompass the entire dining interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during meals.
• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff.
• Interacting with and serving guests, making transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and supplies.
• Upholding company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensuring a professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Maintaining a safe workplace environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, including menus.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
