Khidmah is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily building operations and managing various facility-related projects across large commercial assets.

Role Overview

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of facility operations, including MEP maintenance and auxiliary fit-out projects. The role requires a proactive approach to ensuring service delivery, managing site staff, and maintaining compliance with operational standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including MEP maintenance, inspections, and work order management.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement processes, and site budgets effectively.
• Ensure service delivery meets established KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.
• Lead and manage site staff, including project mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, information security protocols, and Business Continuity Planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Project Management. An MBA or Facilities Management certification is preferred.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in commercial Facilities Management.
• Proficiency with CAFM software, Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S), HSE regulations, and permit-to-work systems.
• Demonstrated skills in budgeting, project management, leadership, and analytical problem-solving.
