Role Overview

ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution is seeking a Facility Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves applying facility management expertise to ensure the smooth operation of company facilities, supporting daily activities, and contributing to team objectives. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily facility activities across multiple sites.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of facility cleaners and drivers.
• Create and update facility reports and presentations.
• Interface with the Consortium and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Manage facility items such as pantry supplies and stationery.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Facility & Training Manager.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
