Role Overview

Lenovo is seeking a Facility Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The role involves comprehensive technical and project management throughout the equipment lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage technical aspects throughout the equipment lifecycle, including drafting technical requirements, overseeing quality during construction, and managing system handover and acceptance testing.
Develop and implement overall equipment maintenance plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and standards.
Supervise daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment.
Act as the primary point of contact for managing communication and coordination with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) company regarding all equipment-related services.
Review technical schemes, approve drawings, and manage technical archiving.
Conduct and participate in internal and external skill training programs.
Organize and oversee operational training and assessment for equipment personnel.
Drive technological innovation and process optimization to execute cost-control, energy-saving, and consumption-reduction projects.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in facility management or a similar technical role.
