The Role of Facility Coordinator

This full-time Facility Coordinator role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position involves applying facility management expertise to ensure the smooth operation of Alstom's facilities, supporting daily activities, and contributing to team objectives. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily facility activities across multiple sites.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of facility cleaners and drivers.
• Create and update facility reports and presentations.
• Interface with the Consortium and other external parties.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Manage facility items such as pantry supplies and stationery.
• Participate in other activities as assigned by the Facility & Training Manager.

Work Environment and Collaboration

The Facility Coordinator will work closely with various internal teams, including Safety and Consortium teams. The role operates within an inclusive and flexible working environment, fostering collaboration with colleagues across different functions.
