About the Role

RAWAJ is seeking a Field Operations Director - Governmental Services to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading field operations within the government services and process facilitation sector, specifically focusing on Hajj activities. The Director will ensure operational readiness, efficient resource utilization, and high service quality during peak periods.

Role Purpose

The Field Operations Director is responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and oversight of field operations. This includes ensuring smooth execution and adherence to approved operational standards and Hajj requirements. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to deliver safe and efficient field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field operational plans, readiness activities, and resource requirements for Hajj operations.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations across Holy Sites, camps, and assigned operational areas.
• Coordinate manpower, resources, logistics, and operational support to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage field teams, partners, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed operational standards and service requirements.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and manage operational risks, emergencies, and field challenges, ensuring timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to address operational dependencies and maintain service continuity.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and overall field performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in field operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee complex field operations, particularly during high-density and peak periods.
• Experience in managing resources, logistics, and operational support effectively.
• Proven track record in managing teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure compliance with operational standards.
