Rawaj-HCM is a leading company specializing in government services and process facilitation. We are seeking a Field Operations Director Governmental Services to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Field Operations Director Governmental Services is responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of field operations, particularly during Hajj activities. This role ensures operational readiness, effective resource utilization, service quality, and smooth execution during periods of high density and peak operations. The Director will collaborate with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure field operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved operational standards and Hajj requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field operational plans, readiness activities, and resource requirements for Hajj operations.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations across the Holy Sites, camps, and assigned operational areas.
• Coordinate manpower, resources, logistics, and operational support to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage field teams, partners, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed operational standards and service requirements.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Identify and manage operational risks, emergencies, and field challenges, ensuring timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to address operational dependencies and maintain service continuity.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and overall field performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
