About the Role

Afaq Q Tech General Trading - G11 is seeking a Field Support ACES TREX Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving process excellence within the Last Mile Delivery business, contributing to the optimization of delivery station operations.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary goal of Amazon Logistics is to establish a world-class last-mile operation that consistently exceeds customer expectations by ensuring deliveries are made efficiently and cost-effectively. As an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Specialist, internally known as TREX (Transportation Excellence) Field Support, this role is crucial for implementing process standardization across SA operations. The specialist will equip delivery stations with the necessary knowledge and tools to enhance quality-related KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-ground support and serve as the primary contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking.
• Contribute to effective change processes and network standardization through sharing best practices.
• Monitor logistics and delivery success using established in-station and on-road performance indicators.
• Develop and execute action plans to elevate current performance to benchmark rates.

Impact on Operations

This position is a key driver for successful order execution, directly influencing customer satisfaction. The specialist will lead the Last Mile (LM) quality agenda by addressing complex problems with practical solutions and developing a deep understanding of operational processes. Creating effective communication plans will ensure visibility for all impacted teams, facilitating overall process alignment.
