About the Finance SBA Role

We are seeking three mid-level Finance professionals to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on supporting financial modeling and business case development. The role involves gathering and validating data, and transforming operational inputs into financial outputs.

Core Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include building out detailed cost and revenue analyses, covering areas such as salary, technology, and office expenses, as well as collections percentages and commissions. You will also be expected to run sensitivity scenarios, reconcile data across various workstreams, and prepare presentation-ready exhibits for stakeholders.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• A background in consulting is preferred, though experience in corporate finance/FP&A or banking/financial services will also be considered.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including comfort with lookups, pivots, and building well-structured financial models.
• A solid understanding of Profit & Loss statement structure, key revenue and cost drivers, and fundamental cash flow principles.

Required Skills and Aptitude

• The ability to think in a MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) structured manner, breaking down problems into their core drivers and identifying inconsistencies across different data sources.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to ask pertinent questions and navigate ambiguous situations effectively.
