Fit Out Draftsman

About the Role

Riymar is seeking a Fit-Out Draftsman to join its real estate development organization in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for preparing precise technical drawings and detailed layouts for interior fit-out projects. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Context and Collaboration

The Fit-Out Draftsman will work closely with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams. This collaboration ensures that all drawings meet specific design requirements, adhere to project specifications, and accurately reflect site conditions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings for various fit-out works.
• Develop comprehensive architectural, ceiling, flooring, partition, and joinery details.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior design requirements.
• Review design drawings and specifications thoroughly before project execution.
• Update drawings based on evolving site conditions and project requirements.
• Provide technical drawing support to project and site teams as needed.
• Ensure all drawings comply with established project standards and specifications.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar drafting role, specifically within interior fit-out or real estate development projects.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic real estate development environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
