About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting dining and event services, contributing to memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Support all Food & Beverage operations, including bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Greet guests, take and serve orders accurately, and maintain a consistently high level of service.
• Prepare and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being.
