About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a FOREMAN, TRANSMISSION LINE to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supervising line crews and overseeing operations related to electric transmission systems. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to supervise line crew(s) engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of both underground and overhead electric transmission systems. The Foreman will also be responsible for overseeing equipment, materials, and maintaining accurate records related to these operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise line crew(s) involved in the installation, maintenance, and repairs of underground and overhead electric transmission systems.
• Evaluate the performance of each crew member and initiate additional training or corrective action as necessary to ensure performance meets standards.
• Analyze operational methods and develop improved procedures as needed to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Establish and maintain electric line clearances with other utilities to prevent interference and ensure safety.
• Install high-voltage connectors, transformers, and switches in manholes and vaults, ensuring proper securing of equipment and cables.
• Install various service lines, power poles, meters, and metering devices.
• Regularly report project status to supervisors, site engineers, and other relevant officials.
• Train, instruct, and mentor Line-workers to ensure strict adherence to safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
