About the Role
MRSOOL Inc is seeking a Fraud Investigator to join its Trust and Safety team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The Fraud Investigator will play a key role in monitoring and investigating suspicious transactions and activities to safeguard the company and its customers from financial losses and reputational damage.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze transactions and activities to identify potential fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities.
- Utilize data analysis, statistical modeling, and fraud detection tools to identify suspicious patterns, trends, and anomalies in financial transactions.
- Investigate suspicious activities and prepare detailed reports of findings.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement fraud prevention measures and improve overall security.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
- Contact customers and merchants frequently to verify details.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, which may include weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
Required Skills and Proficiencies
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Python is preferred.
