About the Role

Altron Digital Business is seeking a Functional & Technical Consultant (UKG Workforce Management) to join its Workforce Management (WFM) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position designed for a professional who focuses on client needs and possesses experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions.

The Consulting Focus

The consultant will work directly with clients across Saudi Arabia to implement, configure, support, and optimize enterprise workforce management solutions. This role involves delivering industry-leading solutions while developing expertise in consulting, implementation, and customer engagement within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and configure UKG Workforce Management solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Facilitate solution implementation, testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Advise customers on workforce management best practices, policies, and business processes.
• Support system integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Deliver training to end users, super users, and customer administrators.
• Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing customer assistance.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, technical consultants, and UKG Global Support to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Stay current with new UKG products, features, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary IT qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree).
• 2-3 years of experience working with UKG Workforce Management solutions.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations and support.
• Exposure to system integrations and networking.
• Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a consulting environment.

Desirable Skills and Attributes

• UKG Certification, particularly in Timekeeping and/or Advanced Scheduler.
• Prior experience with Time & Attendance or other Workforce Management systems.
• HR industry experience.
• Arabic language skills.
• Demonstrated UKG configuration expertise.
