General Manager

About the Role

Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and expand its business operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves comprehensive ownership of the KSA business, including strategic leadership and operational oversight across the project portfolio. The General Manager will report directly to the Group CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full P&L accountability and provide strategic leadership for the KSA business, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Provide executive oversight for the entire project portfolio, ensuring successful delivery, adherence to budgets and schedules, quality standards, and commercial performance.
• Drive business development and market expansion through client relationship management, tendering strategy, and strategic partnerships within the KSA construction and contracting sector.
• Develop and implement scalable governance frameworks, organizational capabilities, and management systems to support sustained growth.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across various functions, including Projects, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and HR.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive business growth.
• Proven experience in strategic leadership and operational oversight of project portfolios.
• Strong background in business development and market expansion within the construction and contracting sector.
• Experience in building and implementing organizational frameworks and management systems.
• Ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
