Country Manager

About the Role

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead operations, drive business growth, and develop new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and drive business growth in Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities.
• Manage technical operations and project management initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, costing, forecasting, and financial management.
• Manage vendor relationships and client accounts effectively.
• Handle HR and administration, including recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce requirements.
• Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications / Telecom Engineering (Mandatory).
• 15–18 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong experience in Telecom Mobile & Fixed Networks.
• Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence.
• Ability to bring new business, strategic improvements, and positive changes to an organization.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of HR & Administration.
• Excellent Vendor Management & Relationship Management skills.
• Strong Business Development and client relationship experience.
• Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, policies, regulations, and compliance.
• Hands-on knowledge of KSA visa, Iqama, manpower hiring, and employee transfer processes.
• Understanding of relevant government platforms and HR/visa procedures in KSA.
• Strong leadership skills.

Location and Eligibility

This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Only candidates currently residing in KSA with relevant Telecom experience and strong knowledge of KSA policies, laws, HR, and visa management will be considered.
