About Noble Horizon

Noble Horizon is seeking a Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for managing the company's government-related transactions and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and administrative requirements within Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Government Relations Officer will coordinate official documentation, manage employee and company registrations, handle government portal transactions, and oversee licence renewals. The role involves direct communication with relevant authorities and provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of Noble Horizon’s office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Noble Horizon in government-related transactions and maintain professional relationships with relevant authorities.
  • Process company and employee requirements through government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Manage employment visas, Iqamas, work permits, exit/re-entry visas, sponsorship transfers, and other immigration-related requirements.
  • Coordinate the issuance and renewal of commercial registrations, licences, certificates, and other official company documents.
  • Monitor document and licence expiry dates to ensure timely renewals.
  • Support the registration and setup of new business activities, offices, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of government documents, licences, employee files, and official correspondence.
  • Keep management informed of regulatory updates, compliance requirements, deadlines, and potential risks.
  • Support management and employees with correspondence, filing, translation, and coordination of administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments to complete government-related procedures efficiently.
  • Assist with the collection and delivery of official documents, parcels, and other business-related items when required.
  • Occasionally support the transportation of company guests for official business purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all dealings with government authorities and internal stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in government relations or a similar administrative role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Saudi Arabian legal, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
  • Proficiency in using government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government authorities and internal departments.

Working Conditions

This position is primarily office-based but requires regular visits to government offices, service centres, banks, and other official locations within Riyadh. Local travel within Riyadh will be required. Occasional collection or delivery of official documents and transportation support for company guests may be part of the role.
