The Role of Graduate Civil Engineer

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join its Civils practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role involves supporting the delivery of key infrastructure and land development projects across the country, with a focus on roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for civil infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to projects involving roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
• Produce written reports for different stages of the project lifecycle.
• Prepare methodologies, case studies, and supporting information for project proposals.
• Apply relevant engineering design principles, standards, and codes.
• Collaborate effectively with local and offshore teams from diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds.
• Organise workloads, manage priorities, and support the timely delivery of project outputs.
• Adopt a proactive and collaborative approach to complex tasks and overall project delivery.
• Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.
