About the Role

Tahreez Fleet is seeking a Graduate Geologist to join its geoscience team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop a strong technical foundation in geology. The role offers practical experience through fieldwork, data analysis, and technical studies, with a clear development pathway towards a Project Geologist role.

Role Purpose and Development

The Graduate Geologist will contribute to customer exploration programs from the outset. Through mentorship and hands-on project work, the individual will progressively assume greater technical ownership and independence. This role emphasizes continuous learning, rigor, and curiosity to support the team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support geological data compilation, mapping, and interpretation based on data from field programs.
• Assist with the compilation, quality control, and interpretation of geological and exploration data.
• Prepare and update geological maps, sections, logs, and other technical documentation.
• Assist senior geologists with geological interpretation and exploration studies.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of geological observations, samples, and project data.
• Work closely with Geologists, Geophysicists, and other technical disciplines.
• Follow company HSE requirements and safe working practices at all times.
• Develop knowledge of relevant geological software, tools, and industry practices.
• Continuously develop technical and professional skills through training and mentoring.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• A recent graduate with a degree in Geology or a related geoscience field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering an environment for professional growth within a collaborative geoscience team. The role involves working closely with experienced geoscientists and other technical disciplines.
