Group Executive Chef Opportunity

COREcruitment is currently recruiting for a Group Executive Chef to join an international artisanal pastry & café brand. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending across the Kingdom. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the operational excellence of the brand's expanding culinary portfolio.

Role Scope and Operational Oversight

Reporting directly to the Group Brand Executive Chef, this role involves comprehensive oversight of culinary operations. The Group Executive Chef will manage central kitchens, multiple café retail outlets, and specialized offerings including events and high-end catering services. This position is critical for maintaining consistent quality and operational standards throughout the brand's diverse culinary footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily culinary operations to ensure adherence to established brand quality standards.
• Managing financial aspects, including budget planning, costing, Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), and Operational Expenditure (OPEX).
• Ensuring strict compliance with kitchen health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Providing leadership, training, and ongoing development for all culinary staff members.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional culinary experience is required.
• Essential prior experience within the GCC region.
• Proven background in five-star hotels or premium catering establishments; industrial catering experience is not considered relevant for this role.
• Demonstrated strong experience in managing culinary aspects for weddings, royal functions, luxury events, and high-end catering services.

Culinary Expertise

• Expert-level proficiency in both European and Middle Eastern cuisines is essential.

Compensation and Employment Details

This full-time Group Executive Chef position offers a competitive salary of up to SAR 35,000 per month, with the final offer depending upon the candidate's experience and qualifications. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
