About the Guest Ambassador Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking a Guest Ambassador for its mall in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional, guest-centric experiences. The Guest Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, aiming to make them feel welcomed, supported, and valued through proactive service and effective problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and act as a reliable point of contact throughout their visit.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns while maintaining high service standards.
• Support guest engagement activities, promotions, and in-mall events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mall operations, facilities, and tenant offerings.
• Adhere to service standards across rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience in guest services, hospitality, luxury retail, airline, concierge, or VIP service industries is highly valued.
