Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage various aspects of a guest's visit. This includes processing operational needs, responding to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing local area highlights. A key part of the role involves assisting guests with luggage, including loading and unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas, ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Demands of the Role

The position requires a hands-on approach, involving the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also a requirement.
