About the Role

Azure is seeking a Gym / Recreation Attendant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the smooth daily operation, cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience across Azure’s gym and recreational facilities. The Attendant will assist residents, monitor facility usage, and maintain equipment and recreational areas to ensure they are ready for safe and enjoyable use. Candidates should ideally possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents utilizing the gym and recreational facilities.
• Ensure all gym equipment and recreational areas are clean, organized, and prepared for use.
• Conduct regular inspections of gym equipment and report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements.
• Monitor the proper and safe use of fitness and recreational facilities by residents.
• Ensure residents adhere to facility rules, safety guidelines, and operating procedures.
• Provide residents with basic information regarding gym equipment and facility usage.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, incidents, and maintenance requests.
• Support the setup and preparation of recreational activities and community events as required.
• Monitor facility capacity to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Respond promptly to residents’ requests and escalate any operational or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Support emergency procedures and report incidents in accordance with Azure policies.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service consistent with Azure’s hospitality and lifestyle experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience (2-5 years preferred) in a gym, recreation facility, hotel, residential compound, hospitality, or customer service environment is preferred.

Work Schedule

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as operational needs dictate.
