About the Role: H125 B1 Mechanical Training Instructor

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is seeking an H125 B1 Mechanical Training Instructor for a contract position in Riyadh and Taif. This role involves developing and delivering mechanical training programs for customer technicians, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company standards. The instructor will be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials and conducting practical on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze customer training regulations to ensure compliance.
• Develop course training standards, instructional plans, and synopses in accordance with customer regulations.
• Create basic and advanced specialty courses and manage updates to the Master Training Plan.
• Perform On-The-Job Training (OJT) for customer technicians using established training aids.
• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Adhere to all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
• Inspect tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for condition and expiration before training, ensuring correct use.
• Verify components and parts for condition (damages, leaks) and documentation applicability before training activities.
• Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerances, and damage from fuel/hydraulic leaks or corrosion.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications.
• Ensure all work is recorded on appropriate paperwork and signed off progressively as required by the AHA Management System.
• Ensure correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials.
• Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items, ensuring serviceability and compliance with the AHA Management System for Release to Service.
• Ensure timely completion of work and adherence to delivery quality requirements of the AHA Management System.
• Evaluate the performance of assigned customer trainees.
• Conduct on-the-job training activities.
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals.
• Train personnel in all safety directives and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
