H B Mechanical Training instructor

About the Role

Airbus ** is seeking an H125 B1 Mechanical Training Instructor to join their team in Taif. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves developing and delivering mechanical training courses for technicians, ensuring compliance with aviation and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze customer training regulations.
• Develop Course Training Standards, Course Instructional Plans, and Course Synopses in accordance with customer regulations.
• Develop basic and advanced specialty courses as per customer regulations.
• Edit and update the Master Training Plan.
• Perform On-the-Job Training (OJT) for customer technicians using developed training aids.

Operational Duties

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Adhere to all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
• Inspect tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for condition and expiration dates before any training activity, ensuring correct use.
• Verify components and parts for conditions (damages, leaks) and ensure documentation applicability before training.
• Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerances, fuel and hydraulic leaks, and corrosion damage.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications.
• Ensure all work is recorded on appropriate paperwork and signed off progressively as required by the AHA Management System.
• Ensure correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials.
• Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items, ensuring serviceability and compliance with the applicable AHA Management System for Release to Service.
• Ensure timely completion of work and adherence to AHA Management System quality requirements.
• Evaluate the performance of assigned customer trainees.
• Conduct on-the-job training activities.
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals, safety directives, and FOD procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.
