Hard Service Consultant

About the Role

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is seeking a Hard Service Consultant to join the team at its Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing technical support and governance for Hard Services delivery across assigned sites.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SLA/KPI targets, and HSE standards in Hard Services delivery. The consultant will support contractor performance monitoring, track PPM execution, and ensure audit readiness to maintain reliable and efficient operation of mechanical and MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical oversight of Hard Services delivery and monitor contractor compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on mechanical systems in line with applicable standards and specifications.
• Track PPM schedules and reactive work orders through CAFM/CMMS, following up on backlogs and timely closure.
• Collect and validate performance data, supporting SLA/KPI tracking and reporting.
• Conduct technical inspections and audits, identify non-compliance issues, and support NCR/CAPA tracking.
• Ensure SOPs, permits, method statements, and maintenance records are available, updated, and compliant.
• Support permit-to-work compliance, safety inspections, and risk-mitigation activities.
• Assist with asset verification, documentation review, and readiness activities during mobilization and transition.
• Prepare reports covering PPM performance, backlogs, incidents, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with the FMC team, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Hard Services. Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS platforms such as Maximo, PMS procedures, KPI monitoring tools, reporting dashboards, and document-management systems like SharePoint or EDMS is required.
