Role Purpose

The Head of Delivery & Professional Services (Resources & Energy) will lead and oversee the delivery of technology and digital services within the critical Resources & Energy sector. This role is central to ensuring successful project execution, managing client relationships, and driving the financial performance of service delivery functions across complex portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team service delivery functions, maintaining accountability for financial performance and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee and optimize delivery, professional services, program management, and customer-facing operations.
• Manage enterprise customers and lead large-scale delivery engagements, specifically within the Resources & Energy sector or comparable industry environments.
• Influence and manage services revenue, margin, cash collection, and customer success performance across complex portfolios.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in delivery, professional services, program management, or customer-facing operations within technology or digital services environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-team service delivery functions, with direct accountability for financial performance and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience owning or influencing services revenue, margin, cash collection, and customer success performance across complex portfolios.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise customers and leading large-scale delivery engagements, particularly within the Resources & Energy sector or comparable industry environments.
