Senior Manager Delivery Management

About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery Management to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for the successful delivery of technology and digital products, projects, and services from initiation through to production. The Senior Manager acts as a central point of contact, coordinating across various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Manager - IT Delivery Management bridges the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and executive management. This position involves owning the end-to-end delivery process, with a focus on managing scope, budget, quality, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. The primary accountability is to ensure features are delivered successfully and provide tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business and product teams.
• Coordinate solution design with architects.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Manage vendor contracts and statements of work.
• Develop and maintain the delivery roadmap.
• Track and report on development progress.
• Identify and remove blockers affecting delivery teams.
• Oversee testing and release activities.
• Ensure successful production deployment.
• Monitor and address post-production issues.
• Report delivery status to executive management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring an individual with 5-10 years of relevant experience in a dynamic IT delivery environment.
