The Role of Head of Finance

As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for all financial matters at Mnzil. This full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves collaborating with the CEO and leadership team on key financial decisions, such as budgeting, investment analysis, and fundraising support. You will also be tasked with establishing the financial systems, tools, and processes necessary to ensure accurate financial reporting and clear visibility as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports on schedule, free from material errors.
• Design and implement a planning and budgeting framework for adoption across all departments.
• Develop an integrated financial reporting dashboard with automated data feeds.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and payment processes.
• Lead a cost optimisation program across significant expense categories.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, serving as a business partner to the leadership.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance roles.
