Foreground is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is a large infrastructure and project-driven organization focused on delivering complex developments across Saudi Arabia. The business is currently strengthening its financial governance and project financial control frameworks.

The Role of VP Finance

The Vice President of Finance will provide senior leadership in financial planning, project controls, reporting, and governance across the organization. This full-time role is critical in supporting large-scale capital expenditure programs and long-term investment planning within a project-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing financial planning and project controls.
• Managing financial reporting and governance across the organization.
• Supporting large-scale capital expenditure programs.
• Contributing to long-term investment planning.
• Strengthening financial visibility across projects.
• Improving cost control mechanisms.
• Collaborating with project directors, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Supporting funding, banking relationships, and audit processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of senior finance leadership experience, specifically within infrastructure, construction, or other project-heavy environments. Professional finance qualifications are expected for this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Senior finance leadership experience in infrastructure, construction, or project-heavy environments.
• Strong exposure to project finance, cost control, and capital management.
• Demonstrated analytical rigor and leadership maturity.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
