Cooper Fitch is supporting a confidential search for a Head of Investment & Portfolio Management to join an established organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a senior investment professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, asset allocation, and multi-asset portfolio management.

Role Overview

The Head of Investment & Portfolio Management will lead the development and oversight of investment strategies across various asset classes. The role involves driving strategic asset allocation and portfolio optimization initiatives, ensuring robust performance monitoring and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee investment strategy across multiple asset classes.
• Lead strategic asset allocation and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Monitor investment performance, portfolio risk, and capital allocation.
• Provide investment insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Enhance investment frameworks, governance, and reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in investment leadership.
• Experience across public and private markets.
• Background within institutional investors, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, or other large investment platforms.
