The company combines technology, financing infrastructure, and operational expertise to support businesses in unlocking working capital, improving cash flow, and scaling across various industries.

The Role: Head of Product

As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for TradePay. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires over 10 years of experience in product leadership. You will lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery across core platform workflows, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for core platform workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Operations, Partnerships, and Legal teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
• Manage product requirements, backlog, release planning, and delivery quality.
• Lead integrations with external partners and service providers.
• Establish and drive product and development operating rituals, including backlog management, PRDs, metrics, release readiness, and post-mortems.
• Define and report on product metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and iterate on incentive and engagement mechanisms to improve adoption, retention, and healthy usage, with appropriate controls.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing product team as the company expands.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Over 10 years of experience in product leadership.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes independently.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and capable of creating momentum.
• Effective communication skills across engineering, operations, commercial teams, and external partners.

This role offers a direct reporting line to the Founder and CEO, ensuring short feedback loops and direct influence on company direction. TradePay operates within the real economy, addressing challenges in FMCG supply chains, merchant credit, and supplier settlements. The problems are complex, and the impact is tangible.
