The Role: Head of Solution Engineering (Resources & Energy)

Humain is seeking a Head of Solution Engineering (Resources & Energy) to lead the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions tailored for these critical sectors. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves driving the application of Humain's full-stack AI capabilities to address specific challenges and opportunities within the resources and energy industries, ensuring the delivery of impactful and transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design and technical architecture of AI solutions specifically for the resources and energy sectors.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation and deployment of AI products, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
• Collaborate with public and private sector clients to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable AI solution roadmaps.
• Drive the integration of advanced AI models and infrastructure platforms into sector-specific applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of solution engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable value, strengthening capabilities and driving transformation for clients in the resources and energy domains.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in solution engineering, technical leadership, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related advanced technologies.
• Proven understanding of the resources and energy sectors, including their operational challenges and strategic priorities.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex solution development projects.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels and articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
