The company is expanding its Occupational Health & Safety team and is seeking Saudi national talent for positions in the Central, Eastern, and Western regions.

The Role of Health and Safety Associate

The Health and Safety Associate will contribute to maintaining a safe working environment across Americana Restaurants' operations. This full-time role involves implementing and overseeing health and safety protocols, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position is based in Riyadh, Dammam, Al Khobar, or Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments across restaurants and facilities.
• Ensure methods and systems of work are safe, documented, and applied effectively.
• Verify that contractors and aggregators are competent and hold required licenses and certificates.
• Execute the documented OH&S audit program and follow corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Track OH&S metrics and utilize data for risk identification and reduction.
• Deliver fire safety, first aid, and other OH&S training, maintaining accurate training records.
• Train teams on standard operating procedures and emergency response plans for major incidents.
• Ensure correct fire safety setup, including resources and liaison with designated authorities.
• Ensure adherence to accident, incident, and near-miss reporting procedures, and support investigations.
• Maintain accurate incident records and statistics.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must be Saudi nationals.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.

Work Location

This position is available in Riyadh, Dammam, Al Khobar, and Jeddah, within the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia.
