Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this program should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience as an early career professional, with academic exposure to IT infrastructure, systems support, networking, cybersecurity, or software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams, end users, and internal stakeholders while providing technical support.
