About the Hero Development Program

HungerStation is offering the Hero Development Program (HDP), a 24-month graduate development journey based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time program is designed for ambitious Saudi graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to learn, grow, and contribute from the outset. Participants will gain broad exposure across Technology, Operations, Sales, and Quick Commerce through hands-on assignments, structured learning, mentorship, and potential international exposure. The program aims to build strong business foundations, broaden perspectives, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization. Applicants will undergo a multi-stage assessment process to identify high-potential talent for future leadership and specialist roles.

Operations Excellence & Logistics Track

This track focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences and building scalable operations. Participants will gain practical exposure to logistics, fleet management, customer service, vendor operations, technology, and automation. They will contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and the overall customer and delivery experience across Saudi Arabia. The learning objective is to develop system thinking, scale operational and logistics processes, and invent solutions to enhance customer catalog and delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support initiatives to optimize processes across logistics, fleet management, customer service, and vendor operations.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement through automation and technology adoption, scaling operations year-over-year.
• Analyze root causes of customer issues and communicate proactively.
• Use analytics to identify trends and predict scenarios.
• Collaborate with dispatching and algorithm teams to enhance order assignment logic and improve on-time delivery rates.
• Monitor and improve order stacking efficiency without compromising delivery SLAs.
• Track customer experience metrics tied to logistics performance, identifying drivers of user dissatisfaction.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless operations experience.

Commercial Development & Business Growth Track

This track is designed for commercially minded graduates who can contribute to business growth, market expansion, and stronger customer and partner outcomes. Participants will gain practical exposure across sales, commercial strategy, marketing, CRM, product, and data analytics. They will use market intelligence and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial performance, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. The learning objective is to develop a strategic commercial mindset and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance, support sustainable growth, strengthen platform integrity, and contribute to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales teams with reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance analysis.
• Assist in developing sales tools, playbooks, and training materials.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities driving growth and unit economics.
• Contribute to developing processes to enhance marketing and CRM channels, optimizing spend and long-term value.
• Analyze business performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Participate in conducting market benchmark research and competitor analysis.
• Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements across commercial deals and contracts.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for the Hero Development Program must meet the following qualifications:
