This full-time role is central to delivering the distinguished guest experience that defines The Ritz-Carlton. The position focuses on maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and comfort.

Role Overview

As a Guest Environment Expert, this role extends beyond routine cleaning tasks. It involves a comprehensive approach to hotel upkeep, ensuring that every area meets the highest standards of presentation and hygiene. The individual will be proficient in various housekeeping functions and empowered to proactively manage their space to create a consistently excellent guest environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to established standards.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all guests and staff.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations.
  • Uphold and consistently deliver the hotel's quality standards.
  • Present a professional appearance, wear the prescribed uniform, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who are dedicated to service excellence and capable of performing detailed cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
