About the Role

Four Seasons in Riyadh is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator for a full-time position. This role is central to the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department, serving as a key point of coordination between team members, other hotel departments, and guests.

Role Purpose

The Housekeeping Coordinator ensures that all housekeeping requests and operational requirements are handled promptly and efficiently. By maintaining efficient communication and organization within the department, this role contributes to operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and the delivery of high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and personalized service expected at Four Seasons.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Communicate room status updates to relevant departments.
• Follow up on guest requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for departmental operations.
• Assist with departmental reports and various administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely communication and effective resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor pending requests to ensure completion.
• Coordinate lost and found procedures.
• Ensure all relevant information is communicated to appropriate team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for effective inter-departmental and guest interactions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs.
• Previous experience in housekeeping operations or hotel administration is considered an advantage.
