About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housing Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves assisting in various aspects of employee relations and human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on supporting management in maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up procedures.
  • Support management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws, and company policies.
  • Inform Human Resources management of employee relations issues as they arise.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, activities, and personnel policies.
  • Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, such as interview documents.
  • Assist in the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages accurately.

Operational Support and Employee Management

  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information at all times.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Support the team to achieve common goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
