HR Business Partner Manager Role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and management, aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that support organizational growth, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement within a leading industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Partner with business units to identify workforce needs, organizational challenges, and talent requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Support organizational restructuring, change management, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to deliver effective HR solutions.
• Drive a positive employee experience and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partner or similar strategic role.
• Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
