About the Role

Invygo is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional who can effectively blend strategic HR partnering with comprehensive operational ownership.

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will serve as a key liaison between business leaders and the HR function. This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through strategic initiatives while also managing all aspects of HR operations. This includes ensuring seamless HR process execution, accurate payroll delivery, and full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations across all relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and develop HR solutions.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring efforts.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, employee relations, and people-related decisions.
  • Assist with change management and organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Guide strategies for employee relations, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and evaluations.
  • Support managers with performance discussions and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Participate in talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Identify capability gaps and support relevant development initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including preparation, calculation, and validation of all payroll inputs.
  • Process final settlements and end-of-service benefits in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payroll execution, coordinating with Finance for funding and disbursement.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee payroll inquiries.
  • Manage and operate all HR-related government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and HRSD, ensuring timely execution of transactions and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and reporting obligations, resolving issues with government authorities as needed.
  • Administer the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, employee records, and HR letter issuance.
  • Support visa and work permit documentation, and manage immigration-related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory immigration requirements and coordinate with external service providers.
  • Administer HR operational systems, support process automation, and provide daily HR operational support to managers and employees.
  • Advise on Saudi labor law interpretation and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR Business Partnering and HR operations.
  • Proven experience working within Saudi Arabia is essential.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and government regulations.
  • Mandatory experience in payroll processing.
