HR Supervisor

About the Role

مجموعة النخبة البيطرية Elite vet group is seeking an HR Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing core HR functions, supporting employee development, and continuously improving HR processes. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a salary range of SAR 7,500 - SAR 11,250.

Role Overview

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law. This role is critical in managing various HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, while contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
• Oversee employment contracts, attendance, leave, employee records, and termination procedures.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement performance management and employee evaluation systems.
• Identify training needs and support employee development and training plans.
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
• Support management with organizational structure, job descriptions, and role responsibilities.
• Handle employee relations and workplace issues professionally.
• Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR indicators.
• Oversee employee files and relevant HR-related government platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 4-6 years of HR experience.
• Previous professional experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law.
• Good experience in performance management, employee development, recruitment, and HR policies.
• Experience in building and improving HR processes and procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within مجموعة النخبة البيطرية Elite vet group. The role requires a hands-on approach to HR management in a dynamic environment.
