• Provide front office support, assisting guests, applicants, and team members with professional service.
• Support daily office operations through administrative tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
• Manage communications, including handling phone calls, emails, mail processing, and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for HR department managers.
• Assist with departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
