Role Overview

The Human Resources Supervisor will be based in Al Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for driving the achievement of HR objectives. This involves the timely and effective delivery of assigned functions and projects across Administration, Employee Relations, and Training & Development. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Administration Team, ensuring daily activities are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Manage manpower supply operations, coordinating with external suppliers and the operations team to meet workforce demands.
• Handle disciplinary actions and resolve employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law across all HR practices and provide expert guidance on regulatory matters.
• Partner with department heads to streamline communication and resolve workforce issues that impact operational efficiency.
• Act as the key liaison between employees and Cluster HR, fostering a culture of positivity, accountability, and trust.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR functions including administration, employee relations, and training & development.
• Strong understanding and application of Saudi Labor Law.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based at SAFAMI's facility in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a manufacturing environment and collaborating with various departments and external stakeholders.
