The Role of HR Supervisor

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a highly structured and compliant Human Resources (HR) Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations in Jeddah. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role serves as the primary operational link between factory management, administrative staff, and employees. The core focus is to ensure absolute compliance with Saudi Labor Law, manage end-to-end personnel workflows, maintain accurate data in Odoo ERP, and drive local talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy inquiries, ensuring all internal regulations align strictly with updated Saudi Labor Law.
• Oversee government relations processes, including timely updates to Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad platforms, and monitor Saudization categories for optimal compliance.
• Manage human resources modules within Odoo ERP, supervising the precise updating of digital employee files, contract creation, trial period evaluations, vacation balances, and leaves of absence.
• Coordinate with the accounting department for accurate monthly payroll inputs (via Odoo/Mudad), tracking daily employee attendance, shift changes, overtime calculations for factory staff, and penalties.
• Oversee local hiring pipelines, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews for technical, factory, and administrative positions, managing onboarding and structural training for new hires.
• Supervise the processing, renewal, and transfer tracking of Iqamas, visas, and health insurance for expatriate factory staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of Saudi Labor Law.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Odoo, for HR data management.
• Experience with government platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
